For ideas with massive, standalone market potential, we build the foundation and then "spin them off" into independent companies. We recruit a dedicated leadership team, finalize the legal entity, and retain an equity stake as a long-term partner.
2. The Integrated Growth Path
If an opportunity is highly specialized or better served by our shared resources, we continue to commercialize it within the BizHatch Group entity. This allows for leaner operations and faster iterations without the complexity of a separate corporate structure.
